Service & Rental Details

This agreement applies to your selected dumpster rental (1-Day, 3-Day, and 7-Day, 16-yard dumpster) as chosen at booking, including delivery, placement guidance at drop-off, and pickup. Some delivery addresses outside our standard service area may incur an additional delivery fee. We place protective boards at drop-off to help reduce the risk of driveway damage. Please keep loads level, not exceeding the top rail, so the doors can close and latch. Clear access to the placement area is required for both drop-off and pickup, and you're responsible for ensuring a safe placement area with stable ground and adequate overhead clearance.

Weight, Overage & Prohibited Items

Each rental includes 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal. Additional weight is billed at $55/ton, based on the landfill's scale ticket — a copy is provided with your receipt. Concrete, dirt, and rock carry a higher disposal cost and are billed at $65/ton on overage.

The following items may not be placed in the dumpster: liquids, paint or chemicals, tires, batteries, and hazardous waste. Appliances containing Freon are not accepted. Appliances without Freon must be loaded against the wall farthest from the door, or a $75 handling fee applies. If prohibited items are found in your dumpster, you authorize Hurri-Cans to charge for any resulting penalties, landfill rejection fees, disposal, labor, and cleanup costs. Please check with us if you're unsure whether an item is accepted.

Acknowledgement & Payment Authorization

By booking this dumpster rental, you agree to assume all risk of injury or damage and release and hold harmless Hurri-Cans Dumpster Rentals, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or actions arising out of or relating to the delivery, placement, use, or pickup of the dumpster.

By checking the box at checkout, you authorize Hurri-Cans Dumpster Rentals to keep your payment method on file and to charge it for your rental total, weight overage ($55/ton, or $65/ton for concrete, dirt, or rock, confirmed by the landfill’s scale ticket), prohibited-item penalties, appliance handling fees, and any other amounts properly due under this agreement.

Refund Policy

Cancelled 24+ hours before delivery — Full refund, minus a processing fee of 2.9% of the rental amount + $0.30. This fee is charged by our payment processor at the time of booking and is non-refundable to us, so it's deducted from your refund rather than charged again.

Cancelled within 24 hours of delivery — Refund minus a $65 cancellation fee.

Cancelled after the dumpster has been delivered — No refund. Full rental charge applies.
